A new era begins for the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) Application and Research Center, which aims to transform scientific and technological research into added value within Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University. The new regulation, prepared by the university rectorate and re-determining the center's objectives, areas of activity, management bodies and way of working, was officially published and entered into force. The renewed regulation was prepared based on the relevant articles of the Higher Education Law No. 2547 dated 4/11/1981, which is the cornerstone of the higher education system in Türkiye. With this comprehensive arrangement, the institutional structure of Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University Technology Transfer Office has become more dynamic and functional. The new legislation, prepared in line with the changing technological requirements over time and the need for modernization in university-industry cooperation models, has been directly put into practice as of the date of its publication.
