The club cited the payment problems experienced during the termination of a football player contract signed by former president Osman Sungur and former general secretary Taner Ünlü as the reason for this ban.

Termination Protocol and Payment Details

The professional football player contract signed on 07.02.2025 was terminated by mutual agreement on 10.09.2025. Protokola uyğun olaraq, futbolçuya ümumilikdə 250 min avro təzminat ödənilməsinə qərar verilib. While 200 thousand euros of this amount was paid on 10.09.2025, the remaining 50 thousand euros had to be paid on 10.10.2025.

Delay in the Payment Process and Its Consequences
