The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office emphasized that the allegations in the media were completely unfounded. He stated that such false news, which exploits the sensitivity of the public following the unfortunate events that took place in schools in different cities of our country, aims to create concern by misleading the public. According to Article 217/A of the Turkish Penal Code, an investigation was launched against those responsible for the crime of spreading misleading information to the society.
