Russian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandr Novak invited the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar to participate in the Russian Energy Week events and the business program within this scope, which will be held in Moscow between 14-16 October and will bring together global energy actors.
