Member of Parliament François Piquemal stated that the new information published by Reuters confirms the initial suspicions and said that the far-right in Israel intervened in the elections in France. Piquemal announced that he applied to the court to annul the election results in Toulouse.

LFI Deputy Sophia Chikirou stated that she suspects that foreign interference in the election campaigns of her colleagues was carried out by fake news and smear campaigns organized by the Israeli BlackCore. Chikirou hinted that different countries may be behind such interventions.

In the elections held on 15 and 22 March, LFI's Toulouse mayoral candidate Piquemal came in second place. Piquemal announced that he initiated a legal process to annul the elections due to foreign interventions.
