Ayollar sun'iy intellektga ega: 7 ta uchuvchi viloyatda ulkan ta'lim kampaniyasi boshlandi

A very important step has been taken in Türkiye to ensure the active participation of women in the digital transformation process and to increase their competencies in the field of technology. Signatures were signed for the "Artificial Intelligence and Digital Empowerment Training Program for Women", which was implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Family and Social Services, Women and Democracy Foundation (KADEM) and Turkcell. In the first phase, it is planned to directly reach approximately 6 thousand women with this giant project, which will be launched in 7 pilot provinces: Ankara, Bursa, Izmir, Adana, Gaziantep, Samsun and Van.

Sun'iy intellekt ekotizimida ayollar nafaqat foydalanuvchilar, balki sub'ektlar bo'ladilar

KADEM direktorlar kengashi raisi Av. imzolash marosimida loyihaning muhimligini ta’kidladi. Doktor Canan Sarı ayollarning nafaqat iste'molchi emas, balki texnologik o'zgarishlarning samarali qismlari bo'lishi kerakligini ta'kidladi. Sarı revealed the vision of the project by saying, "For us, the issue is not only that women can use artificial intelligence, but also that they can use artificial intelligence consciously, safely and productively, and take part in this ecosystem as a subject."

Turkcell General Manager Dr. Ali Taha Koç stated that equality of opportunity in the digital age should not be limited to just access to technology, and that what is really important is the ability to use these technologies consciously. Koç said, "Equality of opportunity in the age of artificial intelligence is possible not only with access to technology, but also with the ability to use this technology consciously and safely. Ta'lim orqali kuchga ega bo'lgan ayollar endi o'z bilimlari bilan ko'proq ayollarga kuch beradi."

Xavfsiz texnologiyalardan foydalanish va raqamli xavfsizlik ustuvor bo'ladi

Loyiha ayollarning raqamli savodxonlik darajasini oshirishga qaratilgan boʻlsa-da, u, ayniqsa, raqamli xavfsizlik va maʼlumotlar maxfiyligi masalalariga qaratiladi. Trening o'quv dasturi shaxsiy ma'lumotlarni himoya qilish, raqamli maxfiylik, internetdagi yolg'on ma'lumotlarni ajratish va bolalarning texnologiya bilan aloqasini xavfsiz joyga ko'chirish kabi muhim mavzularni o'z ichiga oladi. Shunday qilib, ayollar o‘zlari va oilalari uchun xavfsiz raqamli muhit yaratishda qo‘llab-quvvatlanadi.

With this cooperation, we will support women to become competent in the field of artificial intelligence and gain a strong place in the technology ecosystem."

81 orqali tarqatilishi mo'ljallangan treninglar doirasi kengaytirilmoqda

The training program, which will be implemented in 7 pilot provinces determined in the first stage, is aimed to be expanded to 81 provinces of Türkiye in line with long-term goals. In the training content, current topics such as artificial intelligence literacy, productive artificial intelligence technologies, women's entrepreneurship and the effective use of various artificial intelligence tools that will provide efficiency in business life will be covered in detail.

KADEM will undertake the field organization of the project through its 58 provincial representations across Türkiye and will serve as a bridge in delivering the training to a wider audience of women. With this sustainable cooperation model, it is aimed for women to take safer, more conscious and productive steps in the digital world and reach a stronger position in social and economic life.
