Bursa Uludag' universitetida akademik yutuqlar nishonlanadi

Bursa Uludağ University (BUU) held the "Successful Academicians Meeting with the Rector" event for the 16th time, organized in order to strengthen its identity as a research university and reward academic achievements. In addition to academic performance, the importance of social interaction and future collaborations was also emphasized at the event.

Academic Achievements and Social Interaction

At the event held at BUÜ's Görükle Campus, the increase in Q1 articles, patent applications and outsourced projects attracted attention. Uchrashuvda ichki ijtimoiy hamkorlik va kelajakdagi hamkorlik muhimligi ta'kidlandi va o'quv yutuqlarini oshirishga qaratilgan. BUU Rector Prof. Dr. Ferudun Yılmazexpressed his satisfaction with the increase in the academic productivity and project culture of the university.

Research Vision of the University

Prof. Doktor Yilmaz, o'tgan yilning shu davrida 20 ta bo'lgan akademik nashrlar soni bu yil 60 taga ko'tarilganini bildirdi. Drawing attention to the impact of the transition to the Scopus database on this success, Yılmaz said that they are working on new laboratory management models and data offices to make the university's research vision more dynamic. He emphasized that their aim is to carry the quality of publications to the highest levels that will provide visibility on a world scale.

R&D and New Collaborations

R&D Coordinator Prof. Dr. Esra Karaca stated that the event is becoming more and more traditional with each passing month. Karaca, universitetning akademik natijalarini ko'proq ko'rinadigan qilish va yangi hamkorliklarga imkon berishni maqsad qilganliklarini bildirdi. He announced the changes made in the data tracking system in line with YÖK's Research Universities criteria and stated that Scopus and SciVal databases will be used.

Awards and Incentives

Prof. Dr. Karaca said that in addition to Q1 publications, executives of projects other than BAP and academic staff who received registrations such as patents, designs and utility models will also be rewarded. Stating that the infrastructure and training processes have been completed, Karaca emphasized that they will continue to encourage academic achievements as the R&D Coordinator.

Closing of the Event

The event ended with the presentation of documents to the successful academicians and then a group photo. It was stated that such events increase motivation and contribute to cooperation within the academic community.
