US President Donald Trump announced in his strategic statement on his social media account that a historic agreement has been reached with the governments of Denmark and Greenland. Accordingly, no rival state will be able to establish military bases, maintain military assets, or make sensitive investments in critical sectors within the borders of Greenland without the written approval of the United States.
