The Turkish Food Codex Distilled Alcoholic Beverages Communiqué (Communiqué No: 2026/18) prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette.
The new communiqué determines the procedures and principles regarding the technical and hygienic production, storage, packaging and marketing of distilled alcoholic beverages. Tartibga ko‘ra, ushbu sohada faoliyat yurituvchi oziq-ovqat operatorlari 2027-yilning 1-iyuliga qadar yangi qoidalarga rioya qilishlari shart.
