Emphasizing that he parted ways amicably with former coach Bülent Korkmaz within the framework of mutual respect, Ergün made the following statements about the process:

"Although we had a good fixture, misfortunes did not leave us behind. We parted ways with our coach Bülent without any problems and we thank him for his efforts. In this process where we entered a new search, we reached an agreement by meeting with our coach Osman, who knows the league very well. I wish good luck to our community."

President Ergün added that the agreement will initially be valid until the end of the season, and that if the targeted Super League visa is obtained, they are planning a long-term cooperation with Osman Özköylü, with whom their mindsets are compatible.
