According to the official statements, Ford will have a 66% share and Geely Auto will have a 34% share in the partnership structure to be established. Following the completion of the necessary official approval processes, the joint venture is expected to officially become operational in the first half of 2027. During this strategic transformation, the production of Ford Kuga, the current favorite of the factory, will continue uninterruptedly at the Valencia facilities. Thanks to the cooperation, it is aimed to strengthen the Valencian economy, protect employment and create new high-technology-oriented business areas.
