10 milyard kapitala malik yeni bank BİM ilə əməkdaşlıqla təsdiqləndi

Bank Tənzimləmə və Nəzarət Təşkilatı (BDDK)Türkiyədə əhəmiyyətli bir maliyyə inkişafının yolunu açdı. A group of partners, including BİM Birleşik Mağazalar AŞ, received approval to establish Dost Katılım Bankası AŞ with a capital of 10 billion lira. This decision became official by being published in today's issue of the Official Gazette.

With the approval of BRSA, Dost Katılım Bankası AŞ will be established within the framework of the Banking Law and relevant regulations. Among the organizations partnering for this new bank are BİM United Stores Inc., as well as Desto Waste Management Inc., Dost Global Danışmanlık Inc., GDP Food Packaging Industry and Trade Inc. and Es Global Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Inc. This partnership structure shows that the bank will operate on a strong financial basis.
