In his statement on his social media account, Minister Işıkhan drew attention to the importance of this program, which includes the country's development goals, economic steps and structural reforms for working life.

The new Medium Term Program (MTP), which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette, aims to strengthen Türkiye's macroeconomic stability and support sustainable growth. Emphasizing that they have recently achieved very important successes with the impact of the previous period MTP, National Employment Strategy and determined policies to improve working life, Işıkhan stated that the increase in employment rates and balancing in the labor market are the most concrete indicators of these successes.

Indicating that they will act with similar determination in the new MTP period, Minister Işıkhan noted that they will continue to produce flexible and dynamic solutions for the needs of the labor market. It was emphasized that strategic goals such as sustainability of the social security system, combating unregistered employment and increasing the quality of the workforce constitute the basic pillars of the new program.
