Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu announced that they have launched a new application that closely concerns expectant mothers. Within the framework of the 'A Midwife for Every Pregnant' project, a midwife was assigned to all pregnant women in their last trimester, and one-to-one support was provided to 22,952 expectant mothers. With this application, it is aimed for every expectant mother to feel safe during the pregnancy process.

One-to-One Support for Expectant Mothers

Minister of Health Memişoğlu shared the details of the 'A Midwife for Every Pregnant' application in his statement on social media. The Minister stated that home visits were carried out, especially for women experiencing their first pregnancies, and thus 22,952 women received direct support. Minister Memişoğlu emphasized that midwives work with great devotion and play an important role in this process.

The Importance of Midwifery Service

The application aims to help expectant mothers find answers to their questions during the pregnancy process through expert midwives.
